DHL Free Shipping — Delivered within 3–8 business days, free of charge. Perfect for those who plan ahead and want to enjoy complimentary delivery on every order.
DHL Express Shipping — Delivered within 2–5 business days. Ideal for those who need their order a little sooner.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays and sales events. We recommend placing your order in advance during these periods to avoid any delays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Elorane, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you order from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Returns
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unworn and unwashed; In their original condition; Free from any damage, stains or alterations.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges in the following cases: The item received is faulty or damaged upon arrival; A clothing item does not fit — we will gladly exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can reserve the correct size or item for you.
Return Shipping
We believe returns should be as easy as possible. That is why we cover the full cost of return shipping on all eligible returns and exchanges. Simply contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid DHL return label at no cost to you.
